Return & Replacement Policy

At Harniz Hardware, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which door handles, cabinet handles, knobs, concealed handles, and other hardware products can be returned or replaced.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Items showing signs of installation, damage, or wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Installed or used hardware items
  • Products without original packaging or missing components

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us.
